1. Will nightfall collectors edition shipped on time that means on the 27th like the normal edition.

2. If not how will you manage the customers that bought the collectors edition and are waiting for the game will we still have acces to the game all the time we wait for the collectors edition to arrive home.

im askin this cuz i know factions collectors were shipped a few month later and they had to wait all the time withough any chance to play the game.

i really dont care to recive the contents of the box a few days later but atleast the acces key can be shipped right away.

Gaile already stated a month ago that in light of the Factions fiasco; they made a lot more copies of the CE. And currently they see no reason why it wouldn't be delayed past the official release date.

I think the GWF CE wasnt shipped later, they just had delay on the way, and it wasnt months, it was a couple of weeks i believe.

And wasnt it that they made too few thinking it would be enough?but way too many people had ordered the CE and THATS why the second shipping was late?

If their is a delay, its due to the merchant you chose to purchase it from.

What happened with the Factions CE was that they made too few boxes to ship to some territories (others got plenty >_<) and they sold out in like two days. So Anet decided to go back and run a second pressing of the CE. I think someone from Anet said those sales numbers shocked the sales and marketing department.

well just to inform you I already recieve a shipment notice delay on collectors edition that is why im asking.

the seller is Gamestop wich i think is one of the biggest game suppliers of the US and canada right.

you say only weeks right can you imagine every one else playing a game wich you preorder 1 or 2 months before and you wich you actually spendt more money in the game and like my self on overnight delivery just to find out i will reieve it 3 or 2 weeks later.
If this is the cse so why preorder it no point.

Well Gamestop/EBgames are hardly an acurate cross section of when it'll arrive. Just about no one has been able to even get their bonus pack from them whilest countless others have already gotten them from other retailers. I for one wouldn't be surprised if Gamestop/EBgames were the only ones to have a delay as they don't have their act together.

If a retailer tells you that there is a delay in shipping either edition, I guess you might consider another retailer. We know of no delays for the Standard or Collector's Edition in any territory. Naturally, if something like that arises, we'll report it. But in this case, you seem to be referring to a North American retailer, and we have no anticipated delays.

Why don't you call and follow up? Maybe the notice was simply letting you know the box was not yet available (which is of course true, since it will not be released for 5 weeks).

does this mean for ALL characters? (core, factions, nightfall, chapter 4... ?)

To the OP; I agree with what Lovitar was getting at that the email mentioning a delay; was actually refering to the bonus pack and not your actual game...

He means the CE emote. He wants it to apply to everyone like Divine Aura; not just the campaign specific classes like the Factions back up dancers. I would assume it's only for Paragon/Dervish as that would only make sense. In fact it might even be more back up dancers

well i still hope it will be for all chars. Faction CE has "Special In-Game Dance Emote for the Assassin and Ritualist" (again, quoting from oficial release about content). So i think, they would put word Dervish/Paragorn into sentence, if Nightfall CE emote should be only for them...

i gave up and ordered online (overnight) , i really dont care about the cost, i get a discount on the game and guide anyway. i just wanted the bonus pack asap (for this weekend). This is gunna be a good few weekd. Nightfall weekend. Guide 2 weeks later, game 3 weeks later. And its gunna be collectors ed this time.

Signature dances means the emote. Unless you think that people that get the standard edition wont be able to dance..... and of course they wouldn't show it in the video. They didn't show divine aura nor the back up dancers before Prophecies/Factions went live.

good point on signature but i think it safe they wont be giving out the new profession emote to all other classes.

it will be something new and different to fit the professions

Honestly I kind of want something that will stack, as far as the dance goes. Like how I had Divine Aura with the backup dancers, I figure it will just look cooler. So hopefully something that shows you have all 3 CE's at once.

.... I think my Rangers spirits could bust out some beatboxing while hes breakdancing lol
